The History: Collingwood Stories

My heart lies in the past and present of Collingwood, a little Ontario town on the shores of Georgian Bay.

I’ve published a book that shares the stories of Collingwood’s history, as told through the eyes of its residents. Butchers, Bakers, and Building the Lakers: Voices of Collingwood is available for sale in limited quantities from this website.

When writing the book, I had many stories that didn’t make it into the final draft for a variety of reasons. But these stories, as well as new information that has come to light since the book was published, add to the rich description of life in a small Ontario town.

I’ll be sharing additional stories of Collingwood history in a future series of Storylines serials.
